Join with me, as we launch our Dance and Wellbeing Retreat in 2022.
My aim and dream, is for women, who seek time for themselves and something different, to enjoy good quality self love and self expression, through dance, movement and a relatable wellbeing program.
Our 1 day Retreat is set to be an energising and inspiring experience, held at The Temple Retreat, Pullenvale. A luxurious hideaway oasis set on 10 Acres and surrounded by nature. Only 20kms from Brisbane CBD.

If you've never danced before, but feel that the power of dance and movement is needed in your life, then this one day experience, is definitely for you.
Alternatively, if you've spent your life enjoying the dancefloor and already have some awesome moves, I'd love to see you join me.
There's no judgement whatsover, in fact, your absolutely celebrated, for taking time to nurture your own wellbeing.
There's a healthy dose of laughter and fun involved.
My wellbeing component, includes a Guided Meditation, Journaling to flourish, a Mindful Relaxation Meditation and setting positive intentions for your next step in your life's journey.

Spring Wellbeing Retreat Day
Spring is here – the season of new beginnings, renewal and growth.
Fresh buds bloom, animals awaken and the earth slowly awakens from it’s winter slumber and comes to life again. It is the perfect season to rejuvenate the body and renew your sense of joy and inspiration.
This full day retreat has been designed to re-energise and revitalise the body and give you that much needed time and space to reclaim your energy and vitality.
Start the day with a guided meditation and restorative yoga, enjoy an abundance of healing and high vibrational food throughout the day, spend time in nature and in the afternoon get creative with a flower arranging workshop and take home a beautiful bunch of flowers. Women's Spring Wellbeing Retreat
A one-day, urban yoga retreat for women to reconnect with and nourish themselves, from the inside out.
Join Yoga Teacher Sonja Mapleston (Yoga Bones), Chinese Medicine practitioner Dr Anthea Watson and special guests as we hold space at a soulful hideaway, providing ancient rituals from movement, meditation, sound healing to plant medicine, aligned with the season of Spring to cleanse and renew your mind, body and energy.

In winter, the earth stops producing and replenishes it’s energy reserves. It’s important that we take time away from our busy lives to do the same. These sessions are designed to regulate and nourish our frazzled nervous systems, allowing us the time and space to rest and restore deeply. The session will include restorative yoga poses using weighted blankets, breath work and will include a 20 minute head and neck massage and a delicious afternoon tea.
